The main antagonist of the animated film "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Movie." She is a sorceress who creates all of the world's snow and ice. She starts to hate Santa Claus when his elves accidentally destroy her ice garden. Voiced by Whoopi Goldberg, with her singing voice done by Carmen Twillie.
