the film takes place 20 years later where Rudy Tabootie is new a famous chalk artist. With his fame going to his head, he returns to Chalk Zone and found out that Chalk Zone is now in ruin and is being ruled by Shrawl. Rudy has to save Chalk Zone and defeat Shrawl once and for all.
