Michael 'Mike' Kellerman is one of the main protagonists in the psychological drama television series. He appears throughout all five seasons of the series. In seasons 1-2, he's a 19-year-old drug dealer and Alex's childhood friend who tries really hard to help the latter with his drug issues while dealing with extremely violent and hostile environments in his own home and drug arenas. In seasons 3-4, he's a 23-year-old thrift store janitor trying to get by on minimum wage while simultaneously making a deal with dangerous drug lord Julius Evans. In the fifth and final season, he's 27-year-old smoke shack owner trying to pay back a debt to Julius by going on drug heists for him with other drug mules.
