Story Plot
Following the events of Batman Returns, Selina Kyle gained amnesia from bullet-holes. She moves out to a casino-like town Oasisburg, where she is constantly harrased by men. When a old hag helps Selina regain her memories, she becomes Catwoman once again and takes on a cult of superheroes who claim they're protectors of the city but are deep down disgustingly horrible people.
