The story takes place in London, during the 1940s, and in the junkyard, there's a tribe of cats called "Jellicles", who get ready for the Jellicle Ball. On that night, each cat must make a Jellicle choice to ascend to the Heaviside layer. It is also Amblimation's 4th animated film, after Balto.
