Story of a real battle in WWII where French celebrities fought along side American, Austrian and German soldiers in a castle against other German soldiers. This is obviously going to be a comedy. To give some idea of the scale and how many actors are needed 1st Lt. Jack Lee and Lt. Henry Basse along with 8 volunteers, 6 volunteers from the all African American company D of the 17th armored infrantry battalion volunteered to help free the castle.There was also 2 tanks and crew along with 5 more tanks for fire support.
