A mysterious and powerful alien, Black Doom is the leader of the Black Arms. The Black Arms reside in the Black Comet that passes the Earth every 50 years. Black Doom is a cruel, manipulative and heartless tyrant. He wishes nothing more than to conquer the humans to use them as energy sources, and has the army to do so. Black Doom's ruthless ways make him a dangerous foe indeed. He is also an important factor in Shadow's creation, and he attempts to get Shadow on his side. But in the end, Shadow won against him and the Black Arms are gone for good. Or are they?
