Arguably his most emboldened crime was the decapitation of President Samni Hoy of DevilDog's homeworld. The murder was committed during a live sector-wide broadcast and made DevilDog one of the most wanted criminals to Vril Dox' law enforcement-for-hire organization, L.E.G.I.O.N.
