Synopsis

On June 2019 a ship bearing 42 migrants called Sea Watch 3 and led by German Captain Carola Rackete was stopped near the Italian coast, after refusing asylum from Libya. Italian Minister of Interior Matteo Salvini, known for his anti-immigration stances, was firmly contrary. When the ship docked, as requested by Human Right Associations, Rackete was arrested and judged with a trial. She won the cause, and later sued Salvini himself for defamation. This is supposed to be a Rai series. I have to admit that I haven't watched many and that I didn't like the ones I watched, but perhaps this could be better than the average.

Born in Preetz, Germany, in 1988, in June 2019 bear 42 migrants from Africa to Lampedusa, Sicily, Italy. She was arrested with the accuse of ramming a Coast Guard patrol boat, but she won the cause, and later sued Italian Minister of Interior for defamation.
