Story Plot
the fifth Movie of C.A.P.S. Franchise Phase 6 - When a New Govenor have been targeted and attempted to get assassinated, Roger ended up being Gonvernor's Finest and Protector while Roger fights its Inner demons while fighing off the Terrorists.
