Story Plot
After Sivana was defeated, Mr Mind turned to another follower, Darius Chapel to fight Captain Marvel. Sadly, Darius had no real powers, so Mr Mind uses the rock of eternity to grant him powers, these powers being a hypnotic singing voice. With this, Darius plans to turn Central City into a giant musical.
