Synopsis

When fused to a serum that turns him Invincible, short, thin and weak kid named Steve Rogers has been transformed into the hero known as Captain America, and creates his own adventures facing Nazi soldiers and enemies of Hydra and the villainous Red Skull!

Description of "Welcome To The Future Cap" (Post Credit Scene):

75 years after Rogers was pronounced dead, we see a chunk of an iceberg being kept in a secure S.H.I.E.L.D. facility with Captain Rogers frozen inside. Director Nick Fury Jr and Agent Phil Coulson are seen discussing the possibilities of bringing Rogers back to the land of the living.
