Story Plot
After a situation that goes wrong in Sokovia, Tony Stark urges that the Avengers should be restricted so they don't cause more casualties. Steve disagrees and states that restricting them puts a ceiling on their freedom. This causes a rift in the Avengers that can only end with one side victorious.
This story does not allow roles to be added.
