Steve Rogers comes across both allies and enemies he fought during his time in World War II. And with newly elected president, Alfred Kruger, who just so happens to be the grandson of Heinz Kruger, the killer of Abraham Erskine, putting a bounty on his head, Captain Rogers is in more danger than he ever has.
