In the film, Mary tasks herself with entering the dream world to protect her daughter from the creatures of her past. To achieve victory in this journey, she is offered help by Gallus, her pet cat. Candy's: The Final Chapter was released in theaters on December 18th, 2027; the film became the best-reviewed installment in the trilogy, with praise for its visual effects, score, atmosphere, and Calle, Rabe, and Crowe's performances. It was also a blockbuster, grossing $2.86 billion worldwide, becoming the highest-grossing film of the trilogy and highest-grossing film of 2027.
