Candy's: Chapter II is a 2026 American supernatural horror film and the second installment in the Five Nights At Candy's trilogy, which in turn is based on the eponymous spin-off video game franchise to the Five Nights At Freddy's games. Written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and David Twohy, it stars Sasha Calle and Lexi Rabe reprising their roles as Mary and Marilyn Schmidt, with Mary-Louise Parker, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Finn Wolfhard, Tom Hardy, Hugh Jackman, Danny Glover, Russell Crowe, and Karl Urban. In the film, Mary Schmidt joins her daughter Marilyn, who lost a bet, for five nights in an old factory, where they confront an evil they had defeated two years ago. Production began two weeks after the first film's release; originally, Marilyn was set to be the protagonist like in the second game, but plans changed when Shyamalan and Calle decided to make Mary the protagonist again, alongside her daughter. Candy's: Chapter II was released in theaters on December 18th, 2026, to financial success, grossing over $617 million worldwide. It received generally positive reviews with praise for its visual effects, atmosphere, Calle and Rabe's performances, and Hans Zimmer's musical score. A concluding sequel entitled Candy's: The Final Chapter was released one year later.
