Synopsis

Description of Col. Victor Dresner (Main Antagonist):

Once hailed as a war hero, Dresner went rogue after uncovering corruption in high command. Disillusioned, he formed his own black-ops militia, funded by arms deals and mercenary contracts. Now he’s obtained a stolen bioweapon and plans to release it to force a “reset” — a violent purge of corrupt governments. Charismatic, cold, and dangerous, Dresner truly believes he’s saving the world.
