Synopsis

A charming and easygoing, with a knack for keeping everyone in the town happy by bending the rules. His laid-back and charismatic nature makes him well-liked, but his corrupt practices are a source of constant tension with the new mayor. He’s resourceful and witty, often finding humorous ways to undermine Emily's efforts
