Synopsis

Description of Ben Harris (Local Businessman) (main character n2/50 - 55 age/similiar to Paul Rudd):

A friendly local diner owner who enjoys being a part of the community. He's practical and has a good sense of humor, often using sarcasm to cope with the new regulations. Though initially resistant to change, his interactions with Emily lead him to appreciate some of her reforms
