Fan Casting Bubba Nosferatu: Curse of the She-Vampires (2007)

The sequel to Bubba Ho-Tep, Bubba Nosferatu: Curse of the She-Vampires, kicks off with Nurse Ella reviving Elvis through CPR at the end of the first film.
