Brothers of the North is a historical war drama set during the Continuation War between Finland and the Soviet Union. When Elias Rosenberg, a Finnish Jewish schoolteacher, and Aarne Lehtinen, a rugged Finnish sergeant, are assigned to the same unit, an unlikely friendship is forged amid the brutality of war. As they fight to defend their homeland alongside German forces, Elias must reconcile his service with the knowledge that Nazi Germany is persecuting Jews across Europe. Bound by loyalty, sacrifice, and brotherhood, the two men survive the war and remain lifelong friends.
