Ten Years Later
College freshman Whittier and her friend Monica make the Cal State cheerleading squad, but can't stand its snobbish leader, Tina. They resolve to form their own team, pulling together a collection of geeky art students and hippie bleeding hearts whose extracurricular programs were cut for budgetary reasons. Through teamwork, they challenge the official squad's right to represent the school at the upcoming cheerleading championship.
