The Bounty Hunter Order usually assigns 10 bounty hunters to each suburb, and she is assigned to Damien, while Damien got too comfortable in Harlem, by forming a hangout group, she was too busy to join him until she was sent to assassinate a Bandit leader and started to provoke an entire city raid. She was supposed to be in Texas, her hometown, but was drafted in Harlem instead due to bounty hunter shortage in Harlem
