Bonfire builds himself a new robotic assistant called P.1.X.1, a female android that houses an artificial intelligence he programmed, something like Vision & Jarvis. Meanwhile, a new teenage villain called The Prankster has been pulling off theatrical and comedic attacks all over the city. He launches a giant gumball at the HCPD precinct, replaces all of the money in the banks with Monopoly money, switches every street sign in the city, and replaced every police officer's gun with BANG! joke guns. Description of Jonathan Lincoln (Prankster):

Jonathan Lincoln was born into a rich family that owned a successful toy company. Unfortunately, his parents were barely ever around to give him the attention he needed, which led to him pulling pranks at the high-level school he went to, such as launching 1,000 water balloons off the roof on Spring Break. But when trying to sabotage the Science Fair, Jonathan screwed with a prototype generator he didn't completely understand, and caused it to explode during the demonstration, killing 20 people. He was then sent to a mental institution and disowned by his parents. 2 years later, Zap's blackout unlocked the cells and Jonathan was among those who escaped the institution.
