Description of Theobaldo:

Theobaldo is a 3800-year-old magician who arrives at the building to live at Miss Leocádia's house. Despite Grandma Berta doing everything to get the two married, the granddaughter doesn't care. After having his original warehouse destroyed in a fire, Theobaldo sets up a new store in the basement of the building and starts to live there. He gets along with all the residents and helps the children from time to time, however, when he lets his love for Leocádia speak louder, he may unwittingly cause problems for the detectives.
