After leaving Gotham, Wildcat arrives at BludHaven hoping to make a difference while also trying to make a new start. He settles in the city with his old friend John Law (Ex vigilante - Tarantula). Unfortunately for Ted, he finds an old enemy active in the city and is forced to work with one of the few honest cops in the city "Detective Yin" to stop them and try to make a dent in the corruption of the most corrupt city in the DC Universe.read more

Description of Detective Dudley Soames:

Detective Dudley Soames is an unusual character. He grew up in Bludhaven and knows the city like the back of his hand and at one point it was either becoming a police officer or going to jail, thankfully Soames had a family member in the force who persuaded him to join. He is well known in the city and is very charismatic. Dudley seemingly has 9 lives and has survived many shootouts with criminals with many complimenting his survival skills and marksmanship. Detective Soames notices Detective Yin's passion for the Job and finds a new found vigour so decides to help her in her endeavour.
