A key aspect of Adam's personality is his charisma. Your character describes him as "incredibly charismatic" when listening to his speech upon meeting him in Chapter 6. Adrian adds to this with a warning that "[Vega's] persuasive powers are strong" to the point that he "could sell water to a whale".
