Synopsis

Six months after the massacre at her faux hometown, Saya regains all memories and reverts to her true self, allowing her to seek vengeance! Saya has set out on a mission to exact revenge on Fumito, who had since then gained control of Tokyo's government and implemented the Youth Ordinance Bill, a law which enforces curfews for minors and regulates the use of the internet. Now in Tokyo, Saya joins a hacker group named SIRRUT with the same goal: To destroy Fumito and his organization! From a live action mini series that eventually leading into a theatrical movie, the third phase of the Blood Cinematic Universe saga reaches it's final volume, covering the film "Blood-C: The Last Dark (2012)". Can Saya finally deliver vengeance to Fumito? Now, the final battle begins...

Description of Saya Kisaragi:

After the events of the series, Saya goes to Tokyo to exact vengeance on Fumito. While arriving to Tokyo, Saya saves a girl named Mana Hīragi from a man that transformed into an Elder Bairn. Along the way, she encounters Kuroto Mogari and the internet rebel group called SIRRUT, where they're opposing Fumito's new youth ordinace bill. She joins them, as Kuroto makes a promise to help her find Fumito.
