Synopsis

Marcus is an unconventional agent tasked with solving a seemingly simple situation. On the other hand, Garcia, a bumbling man with nothing left to lose, decides he's tired of waiting for the police to do something about a local mob. But when fate decides to bring the two together for a mutual purpose, these two unlikely partners will have to figure out a way to make it work - or at least try. Spin-off of the idealized 'Agent' franchise, set after the events of the second film.

Description of Marcus (Codename: Blackout):

Unlike other W.R.I.C.O. agents, Marcus was in charge of solving more urban situations - but no less important. Partly because he was used to dealing with cases like this. And also because, as open as he is to working as a team, his former partners would only have one important caveat to make, which he himself admits. He always tries to be in a good mood.
