A sadistic, psychopathic gang leader from England called King Ace comes to Harking City. He and his gang go on a tour of Ultra-Violence and chaos through the streets. Meanwhile, Black Streak starts hanging out with rich British teenager, Adrian Halbert, after meeting him at an art gallery. Adrian is fun, charismatic, and rich AF, always doing what ever he wants when ever he wants, no matter the expense. Description of Adrian Halbert (King Ace):

Adrian Halbert is a sadistic psychopath who comes from a rich family. While he does enjoy the finer things in life, Adrian purely lives to cause chaos and destruction. He robs banks, beats people up, blows up buildings, and kills people for fun. He speaks very fluently, with a mix of high society and street vernacular, leading extremely flowery dialogue. He's also quite a skilled fighter, armed with a multi-tool cane that functions as a gun/laser sword/grappling hook, and he knows how to use it in battle. He also is prone to maniacal laughter and quite enjoys beating the crap out of people.
