Description of Raquel Williams (Madame Vision):

Bank robbing partner of Will Adams. After they are thwarted by Black Scorpion, they steal new light altering technology. With their new toys, they become Angel City’s new power couple. She changes from her cat bugler outfit to slip on a new villainous costume, complete with a mask and opera gloves, an alluring compliment to her partner’s outfit. She is now Madame Vision; Flashpoint’s beautiful and dangerous partner in their criminal escapades. Together they plot to kill Black Scorpion and conquer the city.
