After a global data collapse, she is recruited by a rogue agency to track down fragments of an AI that could either save or destroy humanity. Each film uncovers deeper conspiracies, globe-trotting intrigue, and the blurred line between humanity and machine. Franchise Structure Film 1: BLACK LOTUS Lia is recruited to recover the first AI fragment in neo-Tokyo, forming her core team and facing off against Viktor’s mercenaries. Film 2: LOTUS SHADOW The chase leads them to cyber-Paris and the underworld, where old betrayals come to light and Echo makes her allegiances known. Film 3: LOTUS ASCENDANT The race to the final fragment in the Amazon basin, with the fate of humanity at stake, and Lia confronting her own humanity.
