In 1981, to cover up illegal activities, arms dealer Thomas Wayne wiped out everyone who knows his secret, including the Bertinelli crime family. It causes survivor Helena to revenge for years. Later Helena has a small group of like-minded friends. When she finds out the truth, Helena’s impulse accidentally causes her friend Barbara to have her back broken. It still doesn't stop her from overthrowing arms dealers. When the second civil war happened in America, Helena returned to Gotham to protect the city. To stop the missiles from the government, Helena sacrificed herself and blew up the launch pod. As Helena died, all of American politicians automatically ended their lives due to their implanted facilities.
