After the events of 'Batwoman', Kate Kane ends up coming into contact with Barbara Gordon, with Batgirl claiming that she is sensing that a new conspiracy may be lurking in Gotham City, involving the Penguin. At the same time, things might get a little more chaotic with Lady Shiva's new plan. In this scenario, without Batman's help, Kane and Barbara will realize that they are going to need a group of people willing to prevent this from really starting to erupt.read more

Description of Dove (Dawn Granger):

Granger ended up becoming involved with the Birds of Prey when she decided to revisit Gotham, where she learned of new moves involving the Penguin. She has already dealt with this herself with the help of her old partner, Hawk, who ended up being killed. Today, Dove hopes to do justice by thwarting Cobblepot's plans.
