Story Plot
Jackson Weele is a former career stunt driver turned lackluster embezzling businessman. Driven to desperation and seeking one last financial win, Weele encounters Robert Farrell (Rocket Racer) who steers him into an audacious heist of the Red Lion National Bank. Adopting the alias "Big Wheel", the plan hinges on Jackson piloting The Tinkerer's latest technological contraption... a big wheel.
