Occupation: Art Student / Aspiring Illustrator Lily was born Deaf and grew up using American Sign Language as her primary language. Her family supported her independence from an early age, encouraging her to pursue her interests without treating her deafness as a limitation. She became best friends with Sofia during high school. Their friendship eventually became one of the most important relationships in Lily's life, which is why her developing feelings for Matt initially frighten her.
