Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of Rat King (Victor Falco):

Rat King is one of villains that both TMNT and Master Splinter feared. Started off as one of StockGen’s brilliant scientists named Dr. Victor Falco until he mutated himself into a monster by a mutagen. Now he is living down in the sewer and renamed the Rat King, he has the ability to mind control any rats and uses them as his minions. Rat King is also a member of the Brotherhood of Evil.
