Synopsis

Ben Tennyson was abducted by aliens when he was ten years old after accidentally receiving the Omnitrix but then got rescued by Tetrax. He also brought Rook Blonko with his side. Ben and Rook are orphans, and Tetrax trained them to become "space vigilantes" called the Galactic Guardians. Then after reaching his teen years, he received the Ultimatrix. At eighteen years old, Ben and Rook decide to come to Earth, unexpectedly being protected by the Justice League. (NOTE: this animation will be based on DCAU, but I've rebooted the story and combined it with Ben 10's Universe and TMNT's Universe.)

Description of General Tetsu-Oni (Kraang Subprime):

Kraang Subprime is the second in command of the entire Kraang army and the subprime leader of the Kraang Hive Mind, while they were hidden on planet earth. Whenever Kraang Subprime went undercover to travel around the Earth with the rest of his army. He uses his android alter-ego to disguise himself as the bald headed goverment general named: Tetsu-Oni.
