Story Plot

After feeling dejected after the death of Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady decide to go down their own path and road trip across America. While doing so, they are being hunted by Agent Bishop, who is hunting for their mutated blood, for reasons that are too shocking to reveal to most audiences.
