The main antagonist of the first season he is the mayor of the town and he needs to keep it on the downlow about the monsters and when the group starts to plan to stop him he sends his daughter to manipulate them he mostly looks like a normal man in a suit with 2 scars either side of his neck but in the finale two heads pop out the side and he transforms into his Hydra form
