Story Plot
Lex Luthor has escaped his prison again and has now fled to the city of Gotham, where he allies with the villain Scarecrow. Now, Superman goes to Gotham to ask Batman for help to locate Luthor and stop the villain. But, what they don't know is that Luthor and Crane are working on a gas that will allow them to control the Kriptonian's mind
