Bruce Wayne discovers Joe Chill has been released from prison. Oswald Cobblepot is not satisfied with the amount of power he has. Vicki Vale meets with Commissioner Peter Grogan about Batman. Falcone meets with Maroni about an alliance against Gordon and Dent. Alfred Pennyworth, Lucius Fox, and Leslie Thompkins talk about Joe Chill.
