A new Batman animated series this introduction episode is an adaptation of ratcatchers first appearance Otis Flanigan was a worked as pest control in gotham city claiming he could talk to the rats after killing a man in a bar brawl he spends 15 years in gotham state penitentiary after being released he kidnaps the officials who got him arrested taking to the sewers calling himself the ratcatcher
