What if Batman: The Movie (1966) was made in the 1990s. When a yacht is considered hijacked at sea, it is then revealed to be done by The Penguin, The Riddler, The Joker, and The Catwoman as they plan to take over the entire world and it's up to Batman and Robin to save the day
