Story Plot
Ten years ago, the maniacal clown Joker murdered Jason Todd, leading to Batman's retirement. Today, things have changed, superheroes are prohibited by law with the exception of Superman who works for the government. In Gotham, things go from bad to worse with the emergence of the Mutant gang, but the return of the Dark Knight draws everyone's attention to good and bad.
