Nineteen years have passed since the end of The Injustice Wars. The world has been largely rebuilt, and peace has been restored across the globe. However, one secret is yet to be uncovered. Description of Silas Sionis (Black Mask II/Arkham Asylum Cameo):

During his tour through Arkham Asylum, Bruce comes across a man with long, black hair and a bushy beard sitting in his cell, with multiple tally markings carved into the walls. Feeling something familiar with the man, Bruce walks up to him and asks who he is, to which the man simply responds, ''After all these years, you still haven't apologized for killing my father?'' which makes Bruce realize this is Silas Sionis, otherwise known as Black Mask II, who has been locked up in Arkham Asylum for nearly two and a half decades now.
