Character Description
During their investigation of Pamela Isley's disappearance, Batman and Robin go to the source of her disappearance, Arkham Asylum. There, they ask Professor Hugo Strange what actually caused that riot inside the prison, where Hugo says: "I was asking Prisoner Dorrance a few questions, but he seemed bored and wanted fresh sir so badly he fought back against his restraints. Then the other inmates saw your friend from Metropolis walk out of here, and then, the riot began. Dorrance broke free and shoved me and Pamela both into the wall, before trying and failing to escape..."
