Fan Casting Batman : Presidential Issues

In a stormy evening, while approaching Gotham, the presidential jet is shot down with a military rocket launcher by Bane! However, the president was not on board, but his children were, as they were going to visit the city's general orphanage tomorrow to donate. They survived the crash but find themselves in the middle of the most dangerous areas of Old Gotham, held in large part by gangs.
