Oswald Cobblepot just got out of jail after serving 20 years. He lost most of his territory and influence in Gotham to Black Mask, and he's set on reclaiming it after discovering that Black Mask died. A gang war begins in Gotham City over Black Mask's former territory between The Penguin's gang and the other crime families of Gotham. The sequel to Batman: Poison Ivy. The 2nd film in the series of ultra-realistic Batman films.
