The Sequel to Batman: City of Fear
Bruce Wayne, A.K.A. The Batman, is on a mission to find the mysterious criminal who gave the sinister Johnathan Crane the resources he needed to become The Scarecrow and when a new mentality insane terrorist nicknamed The Joker attacks Gotham City, The Dark Knight has his suspicions. With Joker bringing chaos to Gotham and a new mastermind called The Riddler targeting Oswald Cobblepot, it's up to The Batman to restore order to chaos.
